Extending a Hitchin home
Working from architects’ plans, we undertook this project for Emma & Neil to push out the rear wall of their home giving them extra space for family life. See the end result in the picture below – scroll through to see before and some work in progress shots.
As with any build, challenges arise. When this happens, we work with the client, their architect and structural surveyor to figure out the best way forward. Our experience means what seems like a huge problem to the client is often something we’ve seen before and can really mitigate a lot of the stress.

From start to finish we were on site to ensure the client was happy, the build was on time and on budget. Their home has now been transformed into a great, modern space perfectly suited to their needs.
