Light & Bright Kitchen Extension in Hitchin
Sometimes, we work on a project that we can tell from the word go is going to make a huge difference to a clients’ home.
The rear elevation of this Hitchin home felt a little dark and our clients felt they really needed an update and to make more of the spaces. The result is an astonishing difference – a huge roof lantern plus big patio doors give so much natural light all year round. Outside, we raised the patio area, allowing a flush floor to be achieved using the same tiles inside and out. It really opens up the two spaces to create a seamless indoor-outdoor living space throughout the summer.
